Are you a driven and detail-oriented professional with a knack for building client relationships and keeping projects on track? We’re looking for an Accounts Manager to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional service and strategic support to our clients.
In this role, you’ll act as the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. You’ll be part of a fast-paced but collaborative environment that values communication, organisation, and problem-solving.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining clear and timely communication with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinating project execution and collaborating with internal teams.
- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Providing regular reports and data-driven recommendations.
- Building strong client relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
- Managing deadlines and client expectations effectively.
- Adhering to specific guidelines for email communication, reporting, and project management.
- Organising and securing client information for projects or ongoing support tasks.
- Following detailed internal processes for design and development requests.
- Consistent and efficient use of time tracking software for accurate task management and billing.
Personality Traits:
