We’re on the lookout for a Junior AI Specialist to join our growing team and help shape the future of digital experiences through automation, intelligent systems, and AI-driven solutions.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our strategy, development, and creative teams to bring AI ideas to life, from building smart chatbots and automations to integrating APIs and testing emerging AI tools. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real-world projects while learning how to design, deploy, and refine AI systems that make an impact.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and implementing AI-driven tools, automations, and chatbots for client projects.
• Assisting in training and fine-tuning AI models for specific business use cases.
• Integrating APIs from platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Zapier, and others.
• Conducting research on new AI technologies and presenting findings to the team.
• Testing and optimising AI workflows for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Assisting with prompt engineering, data preparation, and performance tracking.
• Documenting processes, maintaining project files, and helping with technical setup or troubleshooting

Skills Background:

• Basic understanding of APIs, automation tools, and data handling.
• Familiarity with platforms like OpenAI, Gemini, or similar AI/ML tools (advantageous).
• Foundational knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or another scripting language is beneficial.
• Interest or exposure to chatbot frameworks, natural language processing (NLP), or machine learning concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

The two most important traits for this role are curiosity and a strong willingness to learn. The AI landscape evolves rapidly, so being adaptable, proactive, and open to exploring new tools and techniques is essential.
